  • Molecular orbital theory and its applications to predict physical and chemical properties of species
  • Spectroscopic methods and electrochemistry
  • Coordination chemistry, bio-inorganic chemistry and organometallic chemistry
  • Catalysis using transition metal complexes
  • Magnetochemistry and studies of polynuclear transition-metal complexes
